S2O&M is dedicated to conducting its business at the highest standards by following ISO 45001:2018 and OSHAD requirements thereby committing to elimination of hazards reduce OH&S risks,prevention of injury, ill health of employees,visitors and contractors. In order to achieve the aforementioned,we shall:

  • i Ensure that our commitments and contractual obligations are fulfilled.
  • ii Fulfil all federal and local requirements applicable in Abu Dhabi Emirate and ensure that all other OHS requirements, like Sector Regularity Authority OHS Policy applicable to S2 are fulfilled.
  • iii Set, review and evaluate targets, OHS performance and methodology to measure the progress and ensure compliance with this policy via planned internal and external audits and annual management reviews to ensure continual improvement system.
  • iv Use proactive and re-active mechanisms for continuous improvement in our activities
  • v Seek the co-operation and suggestions of all employees, contractors and visitors for realizing our health and safety objectives to create a safe working with a zero-accident rate.
  • vi Clearly identify and communicate to all employees, visitors their roles responsibilities and accountabilities for safe performance to protect health and safety of all through promoting awareness by setting and communicating appropriate performance objectives and targets.
  • vii Assess the occupational health and safety risks as well as opportunities associated with all our activities and resources used as well as take appropriate measure to mitigate them.
  • viii The policy statement will be periodically reviewed and made available to the interested parties and all personnel working under the control of S2O&M Company.
